Abderrahmane Benkhalfa (Arabic: عبد الرحمان بن خالفة, July 2, 1949 – April 23, 2021) was an Algerian financial expert. He is the former general delegate for the Algerian Association of Banks and Financial Institutions, and a former director of the Bank of Algeria. He is the former Algerian Minister of Finance. He is also a member of the Finance and Credit Council at the Bank of Algeria. He is described as being pro-private-sector.
