Lieutenant Colonel Abraham Boulger VC (4 September 1835 – 23 January 1900) was born in Kilcullen, County Kildare, and was an Irish recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces.
