Albader Parad was a senior leader of Abu Sayyaf, Islamic rebels in the Philippines with links to al-Qaeda. He led the kiddnaping of three International Committee of the Red Cross persons in 2009. Abu Sayyaf is currently on the United States government's list of foreign terrorist organisations.
