Aleksandr Osipovich Shabalin (Russian: Александр Осипович Шабалин; 4 November [O.S. 22 October] 1914 – 16 January 1982) was a Soviet torpedo boat commander who was twice awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union during World War II. After the war he reach the rank of counter-admiral.
