Alissa Keny-Guyer (born on May 20, 1959) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives representing District 46 (parts of SE and NE Portland) since her September 27, 2011 appointment by the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Ben Cannon. Keny-Guyer chairs the House Committee on Human Services and Housing and serves on the House Committees on Health Care and on Revenue. She also serves on the Governor's Children's Cabinet. In the past, she served on the Joint Ways and Means Subcommittee on Human Services and on the House Committees on Environment, on Early Childhood and Family Supports, and on Consumer Protection (as interim Chair). She also served as Assistant Majority Leader for the Oregon House Democrats.
