Amasai Levin (Hebrew: עמשי לוין) (26 April 1936 – 16 April 2002) was an Israeli poet and translator. Levin is perhaps best known for his lyrics for Badad (Hebrew: בדד; "Alone"), a popular Hebrew song, famous for its performance by Zohar Argov and the subject of many subsequent renditions.
