Andrew S. Brown is a British IT professional who was responsible for introducing a number of notable changes for younger members of the British Computer Society. In 2003 he was elected the 14th Chairman of the British Computer Society Young Professionals Group, a group which provides representation and support to younger members of the IT profession. Today the group is one of the largest (and arguably one of the most influential young professionals groups in the UK), with over 20,000 members.
