Angelika Helene Anna Nußberger (born 1 June 1963 in Munich) is a German professor of law and scholar of slavic studies, and has been the judge in respect of Germany at the European Court of Human Rights from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2019; from 2017 to 2019 she is the Court’s Vice-President. She had previously been Vice-Rector of the University of Cologne and Director of its Institute of Eastern European Law and Comparative Law.
