Anna-Lena Grönefeld (also spelled Groenefeld; born 4 June 1985) is a German retired tennis player. Competing as a professional from 2003 until 2019, she won one singles title and 17 doubles titles on the WTA Tour. She also won two Grand Slam titles in mixed doubles. Grönefeld competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2016 Summer Olympics.
