Antar Zouabri alias “Abou Talha Antar” or “Abou Talha? (May 10, 1970 - February 8, 2002) was the leader of the Armed Islamic Group (GIA), a neo-Khawarij Muslim group in Algeria, between 1996 and 2002. Zouabri was killed in a gun battle with security forces in his hometown of Boufarik in February, 2002.
