Arthur F. Spinney Jr. (born November 8, 1927 in Saugus, Massachusetts, died May 27, 1994 in Lynn, Massachusetts ) known professionally as Art Spinney, was a guard who played nine seasons with the Baltimore Colts in the National Football League and was captain of the 1949 Eagles' football team. Spinney attended Boston College. He missed the 1951 and 1952 NFL seasons due to military service.
