Asif Aslam Farrukhi (Urdu: آصف اسلم فرخی‎), was a Pakistani writer and editor who was a physician by training. He has translated books from English into Urdu. He has edited and compiled anthologies of Pakistani writers. He also writes for Dawn and other newspapers, and periodicals on literature. He has received the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, the fourth highest civilian honour of Pakistan.
