Benjamin Muse (April 17, 1898 – May 4, 1986) was an American lawyer, newspaper publisher, and Republican politician who served as a member of the Virginia Senate. He was elected as a Democrat to represent the state's 8th district in 1935 but resigned and switched parties nine months into his term. His split was the result of opposition to President Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal.
