Romar Benjamin Gil Aguilar (born October 6, 1972) is a Mexican former Major League Baseball infielder. He currently serves as manager for the Tomateros de Culiacán of the Mexican Pacific League (a team which he has won league titles with as both a player and manager) and the Mariachis de Guadalajara of the Mexican League. In 2021, Gil was selected as manager for the Mexican national baseball team and will lead the club as they compete in the 2020 Summer Olympics.
