Bernice Graftstein Shanet (born 1929) is a Canadian neurophysiologist, the holder of the Vincent and Brooke Astor Distinguished professorship in neuroscience at Weill Cornell Medical College and the first woman ever to serve as president of the American Society for Neuroscience. She is a specialist in neuroregeneration research.
