Bethan Huws (born 1961) is a Welsh artist who won the B.A.C.A. Europe 2006 award given by the Bonnefantenmuseum in Maastricht. She was born in Bangor, Wales and has lived in Paris and Berlin, exhibiting her work across Europe. From 1981 to 1985, she studied at Middlesex Polytechnic, later earning her MFA in 1988 from the Royal College of Art in London. Frequent themes in Huws' work include place, identity, and translation, often using architecture and text. Her work has been described as "delicate, unobtrusive interventions into architectural spaces".
