Bianca Lee Chatfield (born 2 April 1982) is an Australian retired netball player. She played in the positions of GK, GD and WD. In 2001, she was selected for the Australian team as an 18-year-old, one of the youngest ever netballers to play for her country. She is a Commonwealth Games Gold and Silver Medalist, World Champion and played over 240 games for the Melbourne Phoenix and Melbourne Vixens, captaining the latter for several years and winning six premierships - four with the Phoenix and two with the Vixens.
