William G. "Bill" Biggart (July 20, 1947 – September 11, 2001) was an Irish-American freelance photojournalist and a victim of the September 11 attacks, notable for his street-view photographs of the event before being killed by the collapse of the World Trade Center's North Tower and for being the only professional photographer to be killed while covering the attacks.
