Bill Bowes (born October 17, 1943) is an American former college football player and coach. He is the longest-tenured and all-time winningest head coach for the New Hampshire Wildcats football team, having compiled 175 victories in 27 seasons (1972–1998). His teams won four Yankee Conference championships and two divisional championships. Before starting his coaching career, Bowes played for the Penn State Nittany Lions.
