Rupert "Bob" Strickland (October 23, 1932 – September 26, 2008) was an American television journalist who established a mentoring program for minority broadcasters. Strickland worked for nearly three decades at WUSA, the CBS affiliate in Washington,D.C., during which he won three local Emmy awards for his reporting.
