Robert William Brown (October 25, 1924 – March 25, 2021) was an American former professional baseball third baseman and executive who was the president of the American League (AL) (1984–1994). He also was a physician who studied for his medical degree during his eight-year playing career with the New York Yankees (1946–1952, 1954).
