Carl Brewer (March 8, 1957 – 12 June, 2020) was an American politician who served as the 100th mayor of Wichita, Kansas and was Wichita's first elected African-American mayor. He won his first term in 2007. Brewer was re-elected to a second four-year term in 2011. Brewer's final term ended on April 13, 2015 with Mayor-elect Jeff Longwell being sworn in the following day.
