Charles Paul "Chuck" Blahous III (born 1963) is a research fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, specializing in domestic economic policy, a U.S. public trustee for the Social Security and Medicare programs, and a former (2001–2007) Special Assistant to US President George W. Bush for Economic Policy within the National Economic Council whose Deputy Director he was in 2007-2008. He lives in Rockville, Maryland.
