Charles Cutts (January 31, 1769 – January 25, 1846) was a United States Senator from New Hampshire. Born in Portsmouth, he graduated from Harvard University in 1789, studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1795, and practiced. He was a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 1803 to 1810, serving as speaker in 1807, 1808, and 1810.
