Charles Durwin Parker (1827–1925) was a Wisconsin politician. He was born in New Hampshire in 1827; his family moved to Waukesha County, Wisconsin in 1836. He served as a Democrat in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1869 to 1870 and served two terms as the 12th Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin, from 1874 until 1878 under Governors William Taylor and Harrison Ludington. From 1880 until 1888 he was a regent of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and from 1880 until 1895 a member of the Wisconsin Board of Control. He died in 1925.
