Charles Taylor Duncan (July 9, 1838 – September 29, 1915) was a nineteenth-century Virginia lawyer and state judge, who also served as a Confederate officer during the American Civil War, then after his release and pardon, as a delegate to the Virginia Constitutional Convention of 1868.
