Charles Arthur Niebergall (May 23, 1899 – August 29, 1982) was an American professional baseball player and scout. The catcher appeared in 54 Major League games over three seasons (1921; 1923–24) for the St. Louis Cardinals. Nicknamed "Nig," he was born in New York, New York. He threw and batted right-handed, was 5 feet 10 inches (1.78 m) tall and weighed 160 pounds (73 kg).
