Fenton (January 11, 1812 – August 11, 1851) was an American lawyer and politician from Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin who served as a Democratic member of the 1st Wisconsin Legislature from the Wisconsin State Senate's Third District (at that time consisting of Chippewa, Crawford, La Pointe, and St. Croix Counties).
