David Thomas Charles Davies (born 27 July 1970) is a British Conservative Party politician. He has served as Member of Parliament (MP) for Monmouth in South Wales since 2005. He served as Chair of the Welsh Affairs Select Committee for nine and a half years before becoming a Welsh Office Minister in December 2019. A vocal critic of the European Union, he supported Brexit in the 2016 EU referendum, and he has since been supportive of pro-Brexit pressure group Leave Means Leave.
