Sir David Kennedy Newbigging, OBE, DL (Chinese: 紐璧堅; born 19 January 1934) is a British businessman and Hong Kong politician born in China. He was the Tai-pan of the Jardine Matheson & Co, the leading British trading firm in East Asia and unofficial member of the Executive Council and the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
