Henry Foley (died 12 February 1985) was a 67-year-old retired bus driver from Southport, Merseyside, in England, who died from injuries inflicted by a police officer while in custody. Sergeant Alwyn Sawyer, his assailant, was convicted of manslaughter, the most recent case of a British police officer to be convicted of killing someone in custody.
