Desmond Lee Ti-Seng (Chinese: 李智陞; pinyin: Lǐ Zhīshēng; born 15 July 1976) is Singaporean politician and lawyer. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has served as the Minister for National Development and Minister-in-charge of Social Services Integration since 27 July 2020. He served as the Minister for Social and Family Development from September 2017 to July 2020, Second Minister for National Development from May 2017 to July 2020, Minister in the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister for Home Affairs from May 2017 to September 2017, Senior Minister of State in the Ministry for Home Affairs and Ministry for National Development from October 2015 to his promotions to Second Minister in April 2017 and Minister of State in the Ministry for National Development from September 2013 to his promotion to Senior Minister of State in September 2015.
