Diane B. Allen (born March 8, 1948 in Newark, New Jersey) is an American Republican Party politician, who served in the New Jersey State Senate from 1998 to 2018, representing the 7th Legislative District. She served as the Deputy Republican Conference Leader from 2002 to 2003 and as the Majority Whip from 1998 to 2001. She was the Deputy Minority Leader in the N.J. Senate. She was a member of the lower house of the New Jersey Legislature, the New Jersey General Assembly, from 1996 to 1998. Allen is the Chair of the National Foundation for Women Legislators.
