Diane DiPiazza was the first bass player for The Misfits, although she does not appear on any album. She left the band, vacating the spot that was quickly filled by Jerry Only. Her name is often incorrectly spelled Diane DiPiaza. Growing up in Lodi, New Jersey, she was a friend of Glenn Danzig, the founder of the Misfits.
