Herbert Richard Poole (27 November 1930 – 6 June 2025) was an Australian rugby league footballer and coach. He was a centre for the Australian national team. He played in ten Tests and three World Cup games between 1955 and 1957, as captain on three occasions. He was the oldest living Australian representative rugby league player at the time of his death in June 2025, at the age of 94.
