Mangelos (born Dimitrije Bašičević; April 21, 1921 – December 18, 1987) was an artist, curator and art critic whose artistic production included handmade books, sculptures and paintings. His work and research contributed greatly to the development of abstract art in Croatia. He was a national of Yugoslavia.
