Dmitry Leonidovich Horvat (July 25, 1858, Kremenchug, Poltava Governorate, Russian Empire – May 16, 1937, Beiping) was a Russian lieutenant general, a railway engineer by training, over the years led various sections of the railways of the Russian Empire, one of the leaders of the White movement.
