About

Earl Fleegler Belle (c1931-1995) was one of the biggest stock manipulators in the 1950s. He fled the United States to Brazil, but returned after 5 1/2 years and served time in prison for securities fraud. He was called various nicknames by the media due to his youth, including "Boy Wonder" and the "Pittsburgh Whiz Kid."
