Edgar E. Witt (January 28, 1876 – July 11, 1965) was a Texas lawyer and politician, serving as lieutenant governor for two terms in the 1930s. He also served twice as chairman of the American-Mexican Claims Commission and chief commissioner of the Indian Claims Commission.
