Elizabeth Dee is an American gallery owner and art dealer. She owns the Elizabeth Dee Gallery on West 20th Street in New York City and she represents many popular contemporary artists, such as Alex Bag, Josephine Meckseper, Adrian Piper and Ryan Trecartin. She has produced many of Trecartin’s movies, such as I-BE AREA (2007), and K-Corea INC. K (Section A) (2009), Sibling Topics (Section A) (2009) and P.opular S.ky (section ish) (2009). She is the founder of X-Initiative, a nonprofit consortium of the global art community to present exhibitions and programming responding to the major philosophical and economic shifts in contemporary art.
