John Robert Laurie Emilius Bayley (16 May 1823 – 4 December 1917) was an English first-class cricketer active 1842–45 who played for Kent. He was born in Bloomsbury and died in Dumfries. Bayley was the captain of the Eton College team 1840–41. The son of J. E. G. Bayley, he played in 29 first-class matches. In 1887, he changed his surname from Bayley to Laurie.
