Eugene "Gene" Suarez (born March 5, 1931 in Tucson, Arizona) was a U.S. Marine war photographer. He served between 1948 and 1949 after World War II and was once again called up again to serve in Korea in 1950. He is the brother of Mario Minjares Suarez, author of "Chicano Sketches".
