Everard Stanley Jackson (12 January 1914 – 20 September 1975) was a New Zealand rugby union player. A prop, Jackson represented East Coast, Hawke's Bay and Wellington at a provincial level, and was a member of the New Zealand national side, the All Blacks, from 1938 to 1938. He played 11 matches for the All Blacks including six internationals. He played for New Zealand Māori in 1936.
