Francis P. Carney (September 20, 1846 – May 5, 1902) was an Irish-born member of Colorado State House of Representatives from 1893 to 1895 and a member of the Colorado State Senate from 1895 to 1899. He was also the Lieutenant Governor of Colorado from 1899 to 1901.
