Francis Webster Honeycutt (May 26, 1883 – September 20, 1940) was an American fencer and military officer. He won a bronze medal in the team foil event at the 1920 Summer Olympics. He rose to the rank of Brigadier General in 1940 and assumed command of 9th Infantry Division, before he was killed during aircraft accident two weeks later.
