Franklin Lee Brosseau (born July 31, 1944) is an American former professional baseball player. He played three games in Major League Baseball as a right-handed relief pitcher for the 1969 and 1971 Pittsburgh Pirates. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, where he received a B.A. degree in mathematics, Brosseau stood 6 feet 1 inch (1.85 m) tall and weighed 180 pounds (82 kg).
