Frank Williams (2 July 1931 – 26 June 2022) was an English actor. He was best known for playing vicars and other members of the clergy, most notably Timothy Farthing, the vicar in the BBC comedy Dad's Army. Williams also appeared in similar roles in You Rang, M'Lord?, Hi-de-Hi!, What’s Up Nurse, The Worker, and Vanity Fair.
