Frank Edward Woolley (27 May 1887 – 18 October 1978) was an English first-class cricketer active 1906 to 1938 who played for Kent County Cricket Club and England. He was born in Tonbridge and died in Chester, Nova Scotia. His elder brother, Claude Woolley, played for Northamptonshire.
