Frantisek Sisr (born 17 March 1993) is a Czech cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Elkov–Kasper. He competed in the team pursuit event at the 2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. His biggest success is 1st place in Ronde van Drenthe in 2018.
