Jan Fredrik Berglund (born 21 March 1979) is a Swedish former footballer who played as a forward. He started off his career with IF Elfsborg with which he was the 2000 Allsvenskan top scorer. He then went on to play professionally in the Netherlands, Denmark, and Norway before retiring at IF Elfsborg in 2011. He won 12 caps for the Sweden national team, scoring 2 goals.
